so kim and i finally got around to pricing and eventually buying a new couch and coffee table for the basement. when i say kim and i, i really mean me because i hate shopping and have been putting this off for quite some time. we bought that couch in the pic above, but without the lounge piece on the end(we opted for a regular end piece). this means that we'll finally be able to move the tv down there and have a nice area to entertain people(which kim loves to do). it's supposed to be delivered in the next few weeks, so hopefully they be able to get it into the basement without too much trouble. that's one more thing off the list of house stuff that we need to do. next up is landscaping for the backyard. good times....
