two thousand six post thirteen
wow so much has happened for kim and i since the last time i posted. so here goes....
we got our house and moved in on march 25th. we've been there almost two weeks and we really love it. it's so much better than living in the apartment. no noisy neighbors is so awesome. we got our new washer and dryer delivered the other day, so now kim can do the laundry whenever she likes. and when i say kim, i really mean me. it's feels really good to finally be done with that process. it was long and tiring but worth every minute.
as a reward for all the hard work that went into finding, negotiating, and moving into the house i went ahead and bought myself a new tv.
here's a pic:
it's a sony WEGA 42" widescreen digital-cable-ready rear-projection LCD HDTV. it should be arriving on saturday. i'm counting down the days like a kid waiting for christmas. i've been waiting to buy this bad boy for what seems like eons. i'm not usually one to buy big ticket entertainment items, so hopefully this doesn't start a trend of me burning through all of kim and i's money buying all the electronics i can get my hands on. no promises.
i've also been busy with overhauling the bible study that brian and i lead. we met and decided that we wanted to make some wholesale changes with how the group runs. we want to focus more on trasparency, outreach, and prayer. we're still going to study the Bible of course, just with more time for each of those things as well. things are going well so far, so pray for continuation of that. also, there's just been alot of spiritual warfare kind of stuff going on with several people that i know. please pray that each of these situations would be resolved and healed. i'm not gonna name any names, God'll know what you're praying about.
peace out to all the homies that read this ditty. see you on down the road....

I can't look at the picture of the TV very long otherwise I'll be hypnotized into buying one... Everytime I walk into Costco I feel like Homer Simpson.... "mmmmmm, big TeeeVeeezzz."
You've definitely earned it. Can't wait to come watch it.
Hi Jared. Congrats on the tv. I hope we aren't starting a trend of mimicking you and Kim's lives. Its looking like we are buying a house, hmmm...maybe justin will start thinking he deserves a new tv too...
