went to the uc game last night and watched them get pounded from the first row behind the pitt bench. they may not have won, but at least we got to yell at the pitt players and coaches all night. that was fun. it's been and will continue to be a long season as a bearcat fan, but that's what happens when you have to recruit 9 players in 6 weeks. looking forward to next year and beyond. and they still beat eggxavier, so that will always dull the pain of a .500 season...

so the colts beat the patriots to get to the super bowl on sunday. i only care because now were going to have to be inundated with even MORE peyton manning commercials leading up to, during, and for the foreseeable future after the game. don't get me wrong, i'll probably be pulling for the colts to win b/c justin is such a big fan of them, but please nfl no more manning promotion/propaganda. this guy has to make enough scratch from his colts paycheck to not need to pimp everything that is available for sale in this country. seriously, count the number of commercials he's in the next time you sit down to watch a sporting event. granted the nfl has a limited number of players it can use to market itself, but there has to be more than one. try spreading it around a little bit for crying out loud....
